Domestic Violence Support Services
DreamTree Project offers emergency teen shelter, a transitional home and resources for youth throughout northern New Mexico, including Colfax, Mora, Rio Arriba, Taos and Union counties.
Our emergency teen shelter is open 24/7, to youth ages 12 to 17. You can come in anytime, or you can take a tour – just stop by, call us at 575-758-9595, or text us at 575-770-7704.

We are a nonprofit organization that strive to provide residential care for victims of sex trafficking where they experience physical restoration, emotional and mental rehabilitation, social respect and spiritual regeneration.”
Habitat for Humanity of Taos, Inc. works in partnership with people from all walks of life to build houses, hope and community with people in need and by so doing, witness God’s love in action.

New Mexico Appleseed is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to ending poverty in New Mexico. We focus on family hunger, homelessness, child maltreatment, and other multigenerational and interconnected issues that keep families in poverty.
To assist communities to create solutions to homelessness from prevention through permanent housing by using action, advocacy, and awareness.
The Taos Coalition to End Homelessness (TCEH) are the owners and operators of the Taos Men’s Shelter. We offer low-barrier access to overnight shelter, food, laundry, showers, peer support and case management 365 days a year for the homeless men of Taos County. Our trained staff support our guests in coordination and cooperation with local service providers, charitable foundations, town, county, and community members.
It is the mission of Taos Housing Corporation to provide quality housing affordable to low- and moderate-income families in Taos County, New Mexico.
